Stuart is the Founder and CEO of Cranport, with extensive experience in both investments and stockbroking. Stuart is also Executive Chairman and CEO of Foster Stockbroking.
Stuart was a Non-Executive Director of Pacific Energy (PEA.ASX) for over 20 years prior to it being taken over by QIC for ~A$460m in December 2019.
Mark spent almost 15 years on the sell-side working predominantly in equity capital markets, prior to joining Cranport in 2019.
Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce (Monash) and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment.
George has over 12 years experience in the finance industry. He is an experienced operator and he has worked extensively in equity settlements.
George has a Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment.
Keith is responsible for all financial reporting and accounting for Cranport.
Keith has considerable financial experience within several different business sectors.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and is an associate member of CIMA.
Kate manages Cranport’s settlements function and liaises with our Prime Broker.
Kate has more than 15 years’ experience in settlements within the financial services industry.
Marion has extensive experience in HR and compliance.
Marion ensures Cranport complies with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Marion holds a Masters of Arts.
